Set in the stunning surrounds of the Byron Hinterland, the retreat offers an immersive 4-day experience, blending a host of ancient and modern mind and movement practices designed to take you on a personal journey of self exploration.

Nagnata brings together a personal network of thoughtfully curated practitioners who will share their wisdom and techniques to support holistic healing while accessing your highest creative potential.

Be guided by teachers integrating practices of movement, wellness rituals and holistic mindfulness classes with access to the SOMA wellness hub and daily elixir bar. Laura May will be facilitating specialty workshops on aligning passion with purpose and business with wellbeing.

The Nagnata retreat is an opportunity to take a step away from your everyday environment and reset your rhythm, to nourish your inner world and with conscious intention gently weave together the threads of your being.
