• All sales are FINAL. No returns, exchanges or refunds will be provided (inclusive of size changes) unless an item is deemed faulty by our Customer Care team (please email an image of the fault to customercare@nagnata.com for review)
• We will not under any circumstances be able to honour the sale price on past orders, irrespective of how recently your past order was placed.
• Other discount codes can be used in conjunction with this online sale offer.
• Store credits/gift cards are accepted as payment during the online archive sale given, they are still active.

Gift Vouchers and discount codes must be applied at checkout. Codes cannot be applied retrospectively, and refunds will not be issued for discount codes/gift vouchers not used at the time of purchase.

Due to a high volume of orders during our sale period, please allow up extra time for all orders to be dispatched (Sale + RRP) over the holiday period.

All orders will be sent via Express Post. We are not liable for delays in delivery by our carrier Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking information via email.
