Retail Manager - Glenmore Road, sydney

We’re on the hunt for two professional and customer-service oriented store managers to run our Glenmore Road and Jonson Lane stores.
You will be responsible for the daily operations and success of this retail location, maintaining high operational and organisational standards, ensuring ROI and the highest possible customer service.
You will be responsible for hiring, training and managing staff and creating a pleasant store environment for customers and staff members.
Our ideal candidate should be motivated by customer satisfaction, be an excellent communicator and have strong leadership skills. Candidates should also demonstrate interpersonal de-escalation and problem-solving skills.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the retail store while delivering excellent customer service
- Implement store policies and procedures to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Deliver excellent customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Problem solve to address customer concerns in a way that profits the store and pleases the customer
- Hire, train, and oversee all new staff
- Motivate the team through training and mentorship
- Build team relationships and lead toward common workplace goals
- Management, development and training of staff at a company, seasonal and product level, ensuring staff are well trained on every aspect of the product, brand and culture
- Create business strategies to attract new customers, increase store traffic, and improve store profitability
- Design and arrange in-store displays
- Facilitate Retail POS system Administration, Data Analysis and reports on key metrics
- Set and achieve budgets based on company requirements.
- Complete administrative duties including managing store budgets and updating all financial records
- Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requests, and profits along with any other noteworthy metrics
- Manage stock flow and inventory and advise the Merchandising team on buying.
- Work closely with the E-commerce Department promoting consistency across all retail channels and assists in maximising online retail opportunities and result
- Keep up to date with key retail trends, concepts and an ability to identify, communicate and implement ideas effectively
- Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
- Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
- Ensure store compliance with all local, state, and federal health and safety regulations
Skills
- Strong experience in running high-end fashion retail stores.
- Proficient in Shopify and inventory management software
- Strong customer service skills
- Superior management skills

- Natural talent for motivating and developing team
Qualifications - 5+ years in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Solution-oriented, with a strong problem-solving ability

- Team player with agile and fast-paced mindset, can quickly and effectively reprioritise daily tasks based on changing business needs
