How to redeem points
You’ll receive an email confirmation whenever you unlock a new NAG. Loyalty tier. Follow the steps in the email to redeem your rewards, or log in to your account anytime to track your progress. To redeem a voucher, simply paste the code into the ‘Discount code or gift card’ field at checkout.

NAG. Loyal is our way of recognising and rewarding your continued connection to Nagnata. Designed for our mindful community, the program offers exclusive benefits that honour your loyalty and ongoing investment in conscious design.
Once registered, you’ll begin accruing rewards with every Nagnata purchase. View and check your tier status and rewards by logging into your account via the Nagnata Loyalty button on the bottom left of our website.
Earn points every time you shop with us, and redeem them for exclusive reward vouchers to use on future purchases.
Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. Be sure to use them within this window to make the most of your loyalty.
Once points are redeemed for a reward voucher (% off), the voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Your lifetime spend is preserved indefinitely and continues to contribute to your tier status.
Please note, only one reward voucher may be redeemed per transaction. A minimum spend is required to apply a voucher at checkout.
Yes. Purchases made both online and in-store contribute toward your rewards and tier status, provided they are linked to your account email.
Log in to your account via the Nagnata Loyalty button on the bottom left of our website to view your current balance, tier level, and any available rewards. This information is updated in real time.
